This week we've added a new product to our lineup and it looks like its a keeper!

Ghee is a fancy name for clarified butter. Use it in place of most cooking oils if you're looking to reduce or eliminate seed oils in your family's diet. Its considered lactose free, is shelf stable (although like most things will last longer if its kept in the refrigerator), and its made from the same milk that you know and trust, right here on the farm.

Available for pickup at The Farm Store in Powell (The Farm Store ), Knox Farms2Families , and right here in our farm fridge in Washburn.
